Balefire

An exalted pistol that shoots explosive electric bolts. Has its own mod grid. Surge refunds shields on hit.

Pillage

A pulse that steals armor and shields, returns them as yours, and cleanses status. Full strip at 400% Strength (~328% with CP).

Haven

A shield aura on allies. Nearby enemies take Radiation. Usual Helminth dump if you are not on Blazing Pillage.

Aegis Storm

Take off. Rain Balefire. Lift enemies. They drop energy orbs (shields, for you). Empty shields slam them down.

Nourish over Haven. Viral blight on every shot and every Balefire bolt. Costs shields, not energy. Pillage still pays the bar.

Nourish on a 0-energy frame sounds illegal. It costs shields and it works. Viral is the blight you wanted on Infested and on Gale alike.
