New Tenno
You just woke up on the Orbiter.
This site assumes you have never opened the Arsenal. Same structure on all 65 Warframes. Start with the body you already own, then farm Rhino.

What’s worth doing for you
Operation: Plague Star
9–23 September 2026 · Starts in 2 days
Cetus event. Infested Salvage standing, Grokdrul, and event rewards. Worth doing if you have the Plains unlocked — not if you are still on Earth junctions.
Cetus is still gated if Earth isn’t finished. Plague Star can wait — tick Star Chart on Progress when you have left Earth.
- Finish the Cetus gate on Earth so you can walk into the Plains.
- Bring a frame that can stand in a crowd of Infested. Starter loadouts are enough.
- Do not start Helminth for this. The event does not require it.
Iceblade of Narin lands 23 September. The Codex stamp stays on Update 43.5 until that build is reviewed.
Roadmap
First hour → first endgame
Six rungs. Tick them when they are done. The advisor reads Helminth and Steel Path from Progress, not from this list.
01
First hour
Equip the quest frame. Open its Starter. Play one Exterminate with the four keys written on the card.
First hour02
First day
Finish the Starter checklist. A Reactor if you have one. Do not Forma yet.
First day03
First week
Farm Rhino on Venus / Fossa. Iron Skin is the first Overguard that matters.
First week04
First Prime
Crack relics in a squad. One Prime body is enough. The Starter still applies.
First Prime05
First Steel Path
Every Star Chart node, including Junctions. Then tick Steel Path on Progress.
First Steel Path06
First endgame loadout
Helminth open. One subsume. The advisor will stop hiding Optimised cards.

01
You already have a Warframe
The game asked Excalibur, Mag, or Volt. That body is yours. Open this site, search the name, and follow the starter build — 0 to 2 Forma, cheap mods, no Helminth.
02
Every guide is the same six rooms
Overview. Kit (the four buttons). Fashion (colors and skins). Builds (five loadouts). Farm (how to get the frame and the mods). Watch (a real YouTube pass). Find a build asks three questions and points at one loadout.
03
A build is a checklist, not a screenshot
Open a loadout. Tick Prep, then Loop, then the first mission with the keys written on the card. Tap How on any named mod. You do not need to understand Forma until the card says so.
04
Farm Rhino second
Venus / Fossa. The Jackal. Public groups. Rhino’s Iron Skin is Overguard — a second health bar — and Roar is a squad damage buff you will put on other frames later. He is the first boss worth repeating.
First week
Five frames that will not fight you
Excalibur, Mag, and Volt are the quest choice. Rhino is the first boss. Frost is the first defense specialist. Each card is a full guide — kit, five builds, farm, videos.
The kit
Four keys. That is the whole character.
First ability
Usually the smallest tool. A dash, a mark, a poke.
Second ability
Often the survive button. Blind, Skin, Smoke, motes.
Third ability
Buff, group, or energy. Read the Kit page before you Helminth it away.
Fourth ability
The big one. Sometimes an exalted weapon with its own mod grid.
How to read a build
Prep · Loop · Mission · Parts · Loadout

Open any loadout. Jump-nav at the top of the page is the order a new player should follow. Mission writes the keyboard keys. Parts is a checklist — tap How on a card you do not own. Loadout is the screenshot of mods, arcanes, and shards. You can play the starter without shards.
Open Rhino’s starterWords
The glossary lives on every Farm page too

After the first week
Pick by job, not by poster
Damage, support, tank, crowd, stealth — the home list filters that way. Every Warframe uses the same five rooms. Unique kit tools (a composer, a calculator, an exalted grid) live on that frame’s Kit page, not as a different kind of guide.
