  2. 2Rift Surge (3). Every frozen target gets the surge mark. Torrent turns on.
  3. 3Shoot. When they die, surge can hop to Material-plane leftovers and Banish them in.
  4. 4If Torrent drops, you forgot to recast 3 or you rolled out of the Rift.
