Limbo is a Rift controller. Stasis plus a small Cataclysm is the 2026 identity. He is not a Steel Path DPS. If you wanted guns that delete rooms, craft Mesa.

Rift Walk
Dodge (roll) to enter or leave the Rift. Entering leaves a short-lived portal allies can follow. Energy recharges in the Rift, and Rift kills refund extra energy. You cannot shoot Material-plane enemies from the Rift, and they cannot shoot you.
Banish
25A cone of Rift energy. Targets on your plane get pushed to the other one, and take a hit. Banished allies cannot be damaged by Material-plane enemies — and cannot damage them back. Rift Haven heals Banished allies. This is the usual Helminth dump once Cataclysm is covering the job.

Stasis
50Duration-only CC. Strength does nothing. Range does nothing. Everything currently in the Rift — Banished, Surged, or inside Cataclysm — stops. Projectiles freeze mid-flight and resume when Stasis ends, which is why you recast before it dies. Overguarded Eximus ignore the freeze until the Overguard is gone. Nullifiers still walk.

Rift Surge
50Surge nearby Rift-bound targets. When they die or leave the Rift they perform a radial Banish, yanking Material-plane extras in. Rift Torrent grants weapon damage per surged enemy while you stand in the Rift. Public squads often skip 3 because surprise Banishes confuse people.

Cataclysm
100Aim and drop a Rift bubble. Everyone inside is on the Rift plane. It shrinks over the duration, then pops for a second blast. Tiny bubble = objective cheese. Giant bubble = loot closet and angry Defense squads. Cataclysm Continuum extends duration on kills. Nullifiers delete it. Recast on the same spot; do not wander it across the tile.
