A wave of chains. Enemies lock in place. You gain shields per target. Tribunal also applies Penance.

Penance

Sacrifice shields. Fire rate, reload, lifesteal for you and allies. Common Helminth dump on gun configs.

Thurible

Hold to charge. Release. Kills dump energy. Headshots dump more. Warding Thurible adds DR on the channel.

Covenant

Invuln window that eats damage, then a crit buff. Headshots get more. Lasting Covenant extends on headshots.
