Buy Frost's main blueprint from the Market for credits. Neuroptics, Chassis, and Systems drop from Ceres/Exta — Lieutenant Lech Kril and Captain Vor. Frost Prime is vaulted on the usual Prime cycle.
Fastest route: Ceres / Exta. Open Ceres → Kill Kril and Vor
Need: Ceres boss
Everything else — mods, arcanes, shards — is below. Don’t farm those to craft the Warframe.
