Kullervo's blueprints are bought from Acrithis in the Dormizone / Duviri for Pathos Clamps. You farm Clamps in Duviri (especially Kullervo's Hold on the island when it appears) and in The Steel Path Circuit.
Fastest route: Acrithis / Pathos Clamps. Unlock Duviri → Run Duviri, kill the Orowyrm → Shop Acrithis
