Follie's Hunt on Venus / Vesper Relay (needs Chains of Harrow). Rotation A can drop any piece. Aspirant Zorba in any other Relay sells the four blueprints for Atramentum from the same Hunt — 1,200 for the main BP, 400 per part, 2,400 total.
Fastest route: Follie's Hunt. Venus / Vesper Relay → Break ink balloons → Zorba if the dice hate you
