Baruuk is a Restraint meter plus an exalted fist. Hands are your health pool. Storm without an empty meter is a fake. Reactive Storm is the only augment that matters for damage.

Restraint
A meter under your health. Dodging projectiles (Elude), lulling, and disarming erode it. As it empties you gain damage reduction, up to 50% at zero. Serene Storm only slaps when this meter is empty — and using Storm fills it back. Manage the bar or the fists are a costume.
Elude
25 + drainToggle. Bullets miss. Melee still hits you. Attacking turns it off. Each dodge chips Restraint. Combine with Hands to double dagger seek range.

Lull
50A wave that slows then sleeps. Damage wakes them disoriented with amnesia. Fastest Restraint dump. Common Helminth slot once you can dump with Hands/Elude instead.

75Daggers orbit, fly out to destroy guns, and grant damage reduction based on daggers remaining. 8+ daggers is ~90% DR. Recast to refresh. This is the tank button.

Serene Storm
0 (needs empty Restraint)Only worth pressing at low Restraint. Exalted melee, 35% crit, radial waves. Storm itself adds DR and slowly restores Restraint — so you must dump the meter again. Reactive Storm is the augment that makes it a god weapon.
